Co-Founder and Director
Christina is an Airline Captain. She comes from a multicultural background, with a Masters in Air Transport Management and has a specialism in Crisis Management and Business Continuity.
Her extensive experience of having worked in 7 countries globally brings knowledge and understanding of multicultural business environments and challenges faced.
Her previous experience as an international sailor, umpire and sports events manager has enhanced her awareness and command of the world of Sports and in Team Building and leadership challenges that teams face both in the business and the practical side.

Benjamin Whitworth

Co-Founder and Director
Ben is a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist with the CIEHF and is an Accredited Human Factors Specialist with EAAP. Furthermore, Ben holds an MSc in Human Factors from Coventry University and was awarded the faculty ‘best student’ award.
Ben is a highly proficient trainer and facilitator, with experience in safety investigations, task analysis, behavioural markers, behavioural assessment, safety culture, human factors, and safety management.
Ben is a Fellow at the Royal Aeronautical Society, a member of the Institute of Leadership, and a member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators.
Ben is also an Airline Captain, proficient at leading teams around the world, having worked for multiple airlines, globally.
