Welcome to our short online training courses.
Our short, event style training courses are designed to be deployed online across a morning or afternoon, allowing you to join from wherever you are. The intent is to deliver an up-skill opportunity within the relevant subject matter, and the training will be delivered by one of our expert team.

In this course, you’ll learn how to communicate effectively, breaking down the elements of successful written and verbal communication, and provide you with tools to improve your individual and team communication.

Briefings can take many forms, from 1:1 to larger events – and they can be deployed both in-person, and online. In this course, you’ll learn how to plan and structure an effective briefing, select the most appropriate briefing, and use the briefing to achieve its ultimate goal of improving team situational awareness.

When things have gone wrong, you will often find that someone present knew the correct course of action but didn’t feel confident to speak up. In this course, you’ll learn how to encourage your team to speak up with problems and concerns, to help create an optimal working culture that promotes psychological safety.
