Human Factors within Safety Investigations

In-person Course

Understanding and exploring human performance within a safety occurrence is a key feature of a safety investigation.  We introduce human factors to you, explore human error and identify elements which may increase the chances of error potential.  It is not simply enough to state ‘human error’ occured – we help you understand and describe why, so that effective and meaningful, organisationally focussed recommendations can be developed.
