Tasking, Policy, Process Design & Change Management Workshop
When it comes to designing ways of working for our people, we are often guilty of focussing solely on organisational objectives. This can create a gap between how we imagine work will be completed, and how it is completed in reality. This gap can provide a home for unintended consequences, error potential, risk, injury, and inefficiency. This course explores how to design policies and procedures that synergise with your people and identifies practical methods on which to effectively manage change and identify error potential and develop mitigations. Also, you’ll be introduced to training design and how to compile a training needs analysis.
